Download the app on the App Store or Google Play and sign up. After signing up, use your account details to visit the Databox web application. Sign in and add a new data source, select 'Cloud services' and look for Zendesk. To activate Zendesk you will need to provide your Subdomain, your Username and a Token - this token is configurable in your Zendesk account under Settings > Channels > API.
