Using the Zendesk Card, you can create a ticket from an email with just a tap. You can even update, assign Zendesk tickets without leaving your email.
Install and setup
Install the CloudMagic app on your iOS/Android device from - cloudmagic.com, configure your email accounts to CloudMagic. CloudMagic currently works with Gmail, Exchange, Yahoo, Outlook, iCloud, Google Apps, Office 365 and any IMAP account.
How to configure the Zendesk Card?
Double tap on any email to view Cards. You can add the Zendesk Card from the Card Gallery.
Authenticate your Zendesk account and you're all set. The next time you receive an email, double tap on it to pull up the Zendesk Card to create a ticket with just a tap. Or, when you receive a Zendesk notification email, you can manage the ticket without leaving your email.
