The Cancel Ticket Submit app prevents ticket submission and allows an agent to review their ticket comments before submitting the ticket in Zendesk Support. This replaces the old unsupported "Oops" app.
The following information is displayed when attempting to submit a ticket:
Popup modal with ticket comment text for verification
Modal includes a cancel button to cancel ticket submission
Dismissing the modal or waiting for the ticket submission timeout will prevent ticket submission by default
Global ticket submission timeout setting with the ability for agents to set their own timeout
The app can be configured to automatically add tags to a ticket when a ticket submit cancellation event occurs - after the configured ticket submission timeout has surpassed
By default the app will cancel ticket submission when timeout is reached, but can be configured to auto submit ticket
Install the Cancel Ticket Submit app, then configure the settings within the app.
