Analyses customer correspondences and helps agents to give better replies. Our aim is to better interpret customer language in order to understand their personality better. In this application, we analyse correspondences with a customer using our Psychological AI to identify mood, motives and personality traits of the customer and help agents to tailor their individual texts to the customer to generate highest customer satisfaction.
- Click on the 'Install' button
- You will be prompted to enter AWkey and CIKey
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get these keys.
- Enter the keys and click on X to complete the installation
- Now the app is visible in the right sidebar for use
- Now to can get the comment you have typed click on 'GET COMMENT in-app
- Below you see the text and now click on the button next to GET Comment to get the text to analyse
- Below the text box where u can type and analyses there and on clicking on 'SEND comment' the text from the text box will appear in your Zendesk comment box.
